Mt Peel, Rangitata river

Descending little Mt Peel, above the Rangitata river and Canterbury plains. The jet boat was invented for travel up the South Canterbury rivers which in their braided sections are often only a few inches deep, This was my last walk... hours before heading off to the UK!
